All pre-owned devices purchased from Torxsa come with a standard 12 months warranty. All brand new sealed products come with a 1-Year manufacture warranty unless otherwise specified within the product description.
All components/replacement parts come with a 3 Months warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage and power surge.
The warranty will commence from the date of the original purchase. All warranties are tied to the serial number of the product.
Terminology:
New – Unopened, sealed, and comes with a minimum 1-Year manufacturer’s warranty.
All new (sealed) Torxsa products are covered by a 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is faulty you must report it immediately and follow the process set out by Torxsa as per supplier or manufacturer’s warranty as indicated to you. Please note that any supplier or manufacturer’s warranty is subject to whatever terms and conditions they may impose.
These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the manufacturer’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not Torxsa.
Demo – Opened packaging / Unused or Slightly used / Display Units and comes with a 12 Months Torxsa warranty.
CPO – Certified Pre-owned or refurbished. Quality-checked second-hand products come with a 12 Months Torxsa warranty.
Warranty excludes liquid, physical damage, additional parts and not transferable to new owners. Any third party tempering voids the warranty completely.
Software bugs not covered.

a.) Repairs: 3 months warranty
b.) Pre-owned, Demo and New Device Purchase: 12 Months
c.) Replacement parts and components: 3 to 36 months
Devices not collected within 60days are subject to repossession to recover any cost associated.
Cancelled stock orders or repairs are subject to a 25% penalty fee of the full repair non-negotiable.
Note that all warranties will be voided upon inspection should the product/device have any signs physical damage, liquid damage, or had sustained power surge.
