While these orders before 4.00 pm (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg) will be handed off to ours. If you have concerns, please contact customer service.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment clearance

Handling time

1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

International Transit time

Shipping from SA,  7 To 10 business days depending on areas and courier lead-time

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered kindly email us: support@torxsa.com. We’ll try our greatest you.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@torxsa.com or Call Us at +27 87 265 0135.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately at support@torxsa.com

Shipping insurance 

Please note orders do not carry any shipping insurance by default, you can acquire shipping insurance at 3% of the order value in the event of in transit damage

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
